Tres Leches - Sheet Cake
Tres Leches is named for the three milks in the soaking liquid (Leche means milk in Spanish.) The three milks in the soaking sauce for Tres Leches are sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk and heavy cream. Made of vanilla chiffon cake with whipped cream frosting, and your choice of traditional (no filling) or with fresh strawberries in custard filling (for an extra charge).
Quarter Sheet: Serves 20; Half Sheet: Serves 40; Picture shown is the Quarter Sheet Size. Three day notice please.
